We are all busy people and podcasts are a great way to deliver sermons and messages to people on the go. Travelling to work in the car/bus/train, listening at the gym or out for a jog/walk, people listen to podcats when they go to bed (and this is a great time to digest the information too!)
They should be a mixture of Sermons (and not just the full audio from the Sunday service!) and messages. Perhaps testimonials from people with-in the church, reasons to attend Alpha or Home Groups. Messages of prayer and encouragement.
